OUR APPROACH
People First. Always.
At Cha Cha’s House, we believe the people we serve should be active participants in their own journey.
We don’t believe in defining people by a label, a difficult experience, or a single moment in their lives.
We believe in listening.
We believe in choice.
We believe in recognizing strengths.
We believe in building trust.
And we believe that people deserve to be treated with dignity throughout the process.
Our approach is grounded in safety, trust, collaboration, empowerment, and respect—principles consistent with trauma-informed practice.
We meet people where they are.
Not where we think they should be.
